In an effort to continue the great legacy of St. James Parish, we launched a campus wide assessment to gain feedback on securing our future and keeping God in the classroom. St. James parish hosted 6 listening sessions in march & april 2024. The purpose of these sessions was to gather feedback from the parish and school to determine future facility needs.
Listening sessions were facilitated by and report provided by dr. Tad Dickel of t.a. dickel group.
This report includes an executive summary and responses from all six sessions.
Thank you to those who participated in our listening sessions. Your feedback helped the steering committee make a recommendation to the finance committee and parish council to have an architecture and engineering firm evaluate
the St. James campus. This will provide us with detailed ideas for possible improvements and solutions to our most pressing issues.
