Adoration Schedule

  • Weekly Eucharistic Adoration: Join us every Wednesday from 5:30–6:30 p.m. for an hour of quiet prayer and time in the presence of Jesus.
  • 24-Hour Adoration: Spend time with Jesus throughout the night! Our 24-Hour Adoration begins Friday morning following Mass and continues through the First Saturday of each month. Come for an hour - or stay as long as you can!
  • 40-Hour Devotion: Experience the beautiful tradition of 40 Hours of Eucharistic Adoration during the first full weekend of October. Make plans to join us for this special time of prayer and devotion.

Join us for Eucharistic Adoration at St. James, a beautiful opportunity to spend quiet time in prayer with Jesus Christ, truly present in the Eucharist.

The Eucharist, also known as the Blessed Sacrament, is the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ - really, truly, and substantially present. At Mass, we receive Jesus in Holy Communion, the most beautiful act of worship we have as Catholics. After Mass, we have the privilege of remaining in His presence, adoring Him and reflecting on the gift we have just received.

Jesus is truly present in every tabernacle throughout the world, and Eucharistic Adoration allows us to pause from the busyness of life and simply be with Him. In His presence, we can pray, reflect, give thanks, seek guidance, and find peace.

Spending time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament provides spiritual strength and nourishment in a uniquely powerful way. Come and spend time with Our Lord in prayer and contemplation. He is waiting for you.
